The Account Summary page provides an overview/summary of your account information: account names, account numbers and balances. Accounts are grouped by type: Deposit Accounts, Credit Line Accounts, Loan Accounts, Plans, etc. Click on any account for more detailed information, including lists of transactions.
The Alerts column lists your new alerts. Any alert you have not viewed is considered new. Click an alert to view it, or click the View Alerts link to access your Alerts center. You can also click Manage Alerts to add, edit, or delete alerts. See Manage Alerts.
The Messages column lists your new messages. Any message you have not viewed is considered new. Click a message to view it, or click the View Messages link to access your Message Center. You can also click the Send Message link to access the Send Message page, which enables you to compose and send a message. See Messages.
The last column in the Information Center enables you to request a session receipt or submit an application for a new Deposit Account or Home Equity (Personal customers only). A session receipt provides summary information for all account activity during a specified period or session. If you are a primary user and have added secondary users to your accounts, the session receipt also includes information on your secondary users' sessions. Click the Session Receipt link to access the Session Receipt page. See Session Receipt.
To access the Accounts Setup page to modify account information, click the Edit icon in the header row.
By default, the lists of accounts are sorted in ascending alphabetical order. Click the Sort icons beside the column header to re-sort the list in either ascending or descending order, based on the selected column. To access the Account History page, click an account number. See Managing Accounts.
To download Account History for an account, click the Download icon for the account. See Downloading an Account History.
Pending Payments and Transfers
The Pending Payments and Transfers (Personal customers only) section
lists your pending payments and transfers.
Note: The actions you perform on one table do not affect any other table.
By default, the tables are sorted by date in ascending (earliest to latest) order. Click the Sort icon beside the column header to re-sort the list in either ascending or descending order, based on the selected column.
To edit a pending transaction, click its Edit icon.
